Key proposals discussed: - Commercial truck/RV parking (213 Duncan Clendell Road, Commerce). Kimberly Reyes, on behalf of Marco Reyes, sought to split a roughly 3‑acre parcel from a 13.07‑acre site and rezone that portion to business to operate a commercial parking area for tractor‑trailers, RVs and large vehicles.
