The Cottonwood Heights City Planning Commission on April 16 voted to continue Project ZTA 25-001, a staff-initiated zoning text amendment to codify a definition for the "live‑work" land use type, to the commission's May 2025 meeting.
Commissioner Smith moved to continue the item; Commissioner Mills seconded. The commission voted unanimously in favor of the continuance. A staff member said no additional presentation was needed at the business session and asked only that the item be continued to the May meeting.
The commission also approved the consent agenda, adopting the March 5, 2025 Planning Commission meeting minutes. Commissioner Steinman made the motion to approve the minutes, and Commissioner Shelton seconded; the consent agenda passed without objection.
Both items were handled as routine, with no public comment recorded on either matter. The commission noted the next meeting is scheduled for May 7, 2025.
