Walsh County commissioners approved several drainage and driveway culvert permits submitted by local landowners and contractors, including requests from Evergreen Farms, MB Collect and J.V. (applicant shorthand), county staff said.
Staff described the applications as routine: Evergreen Farms sought a driveway widening and a culvert cleanout; MB Collect requested topsoil work along County 15 and other permitted maintenance; J.V. requested a like-for-like replacement of a 36-inch culvert at an approach on County 4. The county’s water board reviewed the applications and recommended approval, staff said.
Commissioners approved the permits on a single motion and roll-call vote; staff said permit monitoring and compliance checks would follow as work proceeds.
