Seaford board approves policy reviews, facilities requests, school‑choice actions and financial reports

The Seaford School Board conducted a series of routine and first‑reading policy actions and approved financial and facilities items during the meeting.

The board approved the review of the GBA equal opportunity employment policy as presented. Board members recorded the motion and the item passed during roll call.

Trustees approved a set of facilities‑use requests (including a youth training program running June 4–Aug. 15, 2025) and other standard operational requests that were included on the agenda. They also approved the FY25 assistant chief custodian salary schedule, a personnel‑related pay schedule the district said implements a state‑created assistant‑chief classification and is intended to support an internal pipeline for custodial leadership.
