District presents resource inventory, cites 18.6‑point CCRPI gain and sets attendance goal

Dr. Delphia Young and Dr. Keith Colbert presented a resource utilization report and the district’s College and Career Readiness Performance Index (CCRPI) indicators, telling the board the district has compiled a single inventory spreadsheet of assessments, initiatives, resources and consultants and will make the tool available to parents and the public.
“We are still in the process of putting the data into our spreadsheet,” Young said, and she asked board members to review the clickable Google spreadsheet in the executive summary and submit questions. Young said the district hopes to have an organized public version of the inventory on the website by July 1.
Dr. Colbert summarized CCRPI components and results. The presenters noted the Governor’s Office of Student Achievement released a single CCRPI score for 2024 and that Clayton County’s single CCRPI score improved by 18.6 points from 2023 to 2024, a change the presenters highlighted as the district’s largest year‑over‑year improvement. Colbert said the data “drive decision making” and will feed strategic planning.
Presenters emphasized indicators the district will monitor throughout the year, including MAP assessment results — a major predictor of Georgia Milestones performance — and attendance metrics. The transcript records current attendance metrics used for CCRPI as: elementary 82.5%, middle 81.6% and high school 72.5%. The leadership team set a formal improvement goal of a 3 percentage‑point increase in attendance for 2025–26, and staff said they will provide periodic monitoring to the board (quarterly or semester reports were discussed).
Presenters also described planned future dashboard features to report usage of resources by teachers and schools. The district said usage reporting for resources (for example, vendor reports showing percent of teachers using a given tool) will be added later to the dashboard; the immediate release is the inventory of tools, assessments and initiatives.
