Motion made, seconded, and passed by voice vote.
4) Approval of bylaws amendments (CDC Resolution 2025-01) – The board approved edits to the corporation’s bylaws, including added language on voluntary-resignation notice and removal of redundant committee-approval language, and directed staff to submit the draft to counsel and city council for formal adoption. Motion made, seconded, and passed by voice vote.
Notes: All recorded votes were taken by voice; no roll-call tallies were read on the public record in the transcript. For items requiring council approval because they were not previously included in an approved project list, counsel advised the board to prepare the required statutory findings for council action.
