On April 14 the Carroll County Commission voted to enter a nonpublic session under RSA 91-A:3 II(a) (personnel/dismissal/promotion/compensation/investigation) and RSA 91-A:3 II(c) (reputation of a person other than a member of the board). The motion to go into nonpublic was moved, seconded and approved by roll call.
During the roll call the transcript records Commissioners voting in the affirmative; the commission later voted to exit nonpublic session and to seal the nonpublic minutes for the matters discussed.
Beyond the statutory citation and the fact of a sealed nonpublic session, the commission provided no further details in the public record because RSA 91-A authorizes confidentiality for personnel and reputation matters and the minutes were sealed by vote.
