The Carroll County Board of Supervisors approved several routine items during its April 14, 2025 meeting.
The board approved a pre-plat request from landowner Dale Schlichke for property on Granite Avenue near 200th and Ninetieth. A motion and second were recorded and the board voted to approve the plat.
The board then approved payables covering three weeks totaling $346,741.75 after confirming no outstanding questions. One supervisor recused himself from the motion where his name appeared on a bill; the board proceeded with the remaining votes and authorized payment.
The meeting also included scheduled manure-management updates for several operations (Weidren Incorporated — Section 30, Sheridan Township; N and M Farms — Section 3, Washington Township; Roe, Bork, LLC — Section 33, Eaton Township) with notes of no changes on some listings. Supervisors provided brief committee reports and scheduled upcoming meetings and safety and region-wide events.
The consent and routine items were approved without extended debate and will be recorded in the minutes.
