- A project development management agreement with Tennessee River Gorge Trust (TRGT) to develop a new public river-access site off Terminal Road: $75,000 initially authorized, with additional funds available if requested by TRGT and approved by the city, for a total not to exceed $100,000.
- Authorization for the city to apply for (and, if awarded, accept) an "Every Kid Outdoor" out-of-school-time mentoring and parks-and-recreation grant administered by the National Recreation and Parks Association in the amount of $60,000.
- Authority for the Department of Public Works to award contract F24001201 for replacement of the roofing system at Fire Station 17 to Tri-State Roofing Contractors LLC for $123,474 with a contingency of $12,300 (total $135,474).
- Amendments to contracts with CTI Engineers for landfill groundwater sampling/monitoring/reporting (S21008101) to increase the estimate from $216,500 to $365,500 and to amend a separate contract (S21009101) to increase the revised amount to $795,000 after rescinding and amending prior resolutions.
Councilwoman Jenny Burrows recorded an abstention on the TRGT item (item P); the remainder of the package carried by voice vote. Council members expressed appreciation for the work of parks and public-works staff and noted that several items support public access, safety and ongoing landfill oversight.
