Complete Care Foundation hosted the 2025 Cumberland County Legends event to recognize community volunteers and raise funds for foundation programs. The foundation honored three individuals—Steve Plevins, Darlene Barber and Dr. Jim Tenbrook—during an evening of presentations, acknowledgments and a raffle. Speakers included Dr. Gladwin Baptist, Complete Care Foundation board chair; Debbie Boykin Greenberg, co-chair of the event and newly announced leader of the “Friends of the Foundation”; Joe Cortez, foundation director; Arthur Horn, Complete Care Health Network board chair; and Curtis Edwards, Complete Care Health Network president and CEO.
