- Updated job description: Low Voltage Maintenance Technician. Motion to approve the updated job description carried. District staff noted the position had been open for about two years and the revision removes a previously required C7 certification to broaden the candidate pool. Vote recorded as ayes by trustees present; one absent.

- Consent agenda: The board approved the consent agenda as presented (motion and second recorded; vote carried). Items included routine personnel actions and a variable-term English-learner waiver for a newly hired teacher (Joseph Mejia) at Ivy continuation school; the transcript records that the position was posted internally before external hiring and the waiver is for a one-year period while the teacher obtains required credentials.
