Representative Joaquin told members, "I'd like to move House file 2,433 before us, and I'd also like to move the DE-one amendment." Following consideration, a member announced, "The DE 1 amendment is adopted."
Committee leadership thanked staff from both the committee’s nonpartisan and partisan teams for their work preparing the bill and related materials.
