Commissioners then approved two consent-agenda items presented by staff: part-2 in-kind asphalt roof replacements at the Hathaway property, 4946 Twelfth Avenue (Relay County Historic District, Council District 1), and part-2 approval for a rear deck and window-to-door conversion at the Hart property, 410 Fairmont Avenue (Parker House, final landmark, County Council District 6).
