A former Chandler resident told the City Council on April 10 that the city did not adequately enforce code and short-term rental regulations in his neighborhood and urged the council to revisit his case.
"My name is Paul Pavlich. I live at 1313 East Tyson Street in Chandler," Paul Pavlich said during an unscheduled public comment. He later said, "I should have stated that we used to live there." Pavlich described what he called "ongoing, verified, quality of life deteriorating, violations of city code, and short term rental regulations," and said his family exhausted available options before selling their home.
