The board heard that a Magic School pilot is scheduled for spring 2025 and that the district will implement a three-year professional learning plan aligned to a "future ready" comprehensive plan. Separately, the curriculum committee reported that the district will replace its Naviance college/career platform with a program called Score for high school and middle school students; the district expects annual savings of more than $7,000 from the switch and highlighted Score's mobile app and counselor-time benefits.
