Town staff said IWS believes the environmental review board’s concern is closed but staff awaited confirmation; the board also scheduled an IWS public scoping session for April 24 and noted that the scoping document is posted online for public review.
On solid‑waste enforcement, town staff said a compliance letter went to operators at Ham Park and Heritage on April 4 requiring adherence to hours and rules; operators have 30 days to comply, and the town will enforce collection‑time restrictions. The board indicated the town code will be amended in the near future to clarify limits on commercial collection in residential districts.
The consolidated water‑sewer district annual meeting was scheduled for April 29 at 7 p.m.; board members and members of the public again discussed the larger water‑sewer planning process and urged the town to provide a clear, updated presentation of the project scope and next steps once negotiations and engineering work settle.
