Kimberly Tran, SHA District Engineer for District 5, said the incident appears to have been relatively minor and that the child is expected to make a full recovery. “The best part of the news is that it was relatively minor, ultimately, and that the child is gonna, you know, hopefully make a full recovery,” Tran said.
