- Consent agenda (Items 2–23, with items 4 and 9 and 21 pulled for discussion): The remainder of the consent agenda was approved unanimously.
- Item 4 — Support position for Senate Bill 2118 (DART representation): Council adopted a position in support of Senate Bill 2118 related to Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) representation; motion passed unanimously.
- Item 9 — Resolution approving an amendment to the development agreement with Operation Finally Home to extend a completion deadline and substitute property conveyance: Motion passed unanimously; the amendment extends the timeline and substitutes 332 South Britton Road for 322 South Britton Road in the agreement.

Postponements and procedural notes
