The resolution, presented by Jeannie Dawson, senior program assistant with the Housing Authority, implements a disposition application previously approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Dawson said the lots were advertised publicly and the winning offer was submitted by D and S Real Estate, which offered more than the asking price.
