The Littleton Licensing Commission elected Member Ravindran as chair and Member McClintock as vice chair in unanimous votes during a transitional meeting that convened at 6:30 p.m. and adjourned at 6:39 p.m.
The appointments came after nominations and a formal motion-and-second process. The commission used a voice/thumbs vote; each leadership motion carried 3 in favor. The commission also approved the minutes from its Feb. 12, 2025 regular meeting by a separate vote, which carried 3 in favor.
Commission members present for the meeting established a quorum before votes were taken. The chair and vice chair nominations were opened for nominations only, then moved and seconded for a formal vote. Member Ravindran accepted the nomination to serve as chair. Member McClintock accepted the nomination to serve as vice chair. The meeting record shows the commission used a simple majority voice/thumbs procedure to record votes.
In reports, the commission noted two new license applications will appear at the next regular meeting. The commission also noted that new member Andrew Hancock was not present at this meeting but is expected to attend the next meeting.
