Board reelects officers, withdraws self‑assessment rulemaking and approves posting of updated draft forms

The California Board of Pharmacy voted unanimously to reelect Seung Oh as board president and to elect Jesse Crowley as vice president and Trevor Chandler as treasurer during its April 2025 meeting in Sacramento and via Webex.

The board also voted to withdraw the pending rulemaking package noticed Jan. 10, 2025, to amend various self‑assessment forms incorporated by reference in California Code of Regulations, title 16, sections 17.15 and 17.84, and directed staff to work with committee leadership to develop revised drafts for future consideration. The board approved posting updated draft versions of the community pharmacy and hospital self‑assessment forms to the board website to provide more current guidance to licensees while a more comprehensive revision proceeds.
