Middlesex County Planning Board of Review approves staff recommendations for multiple development applications

At its meeting, the Middlesex County Planning Board of Review voted to accept staff recommendations and approve a series of development applications, including site plans and subdivisions, advancing projects in Metuchen, East Brunswick, Old Bridge and other Middlesex County municipalities.

The board began by approving the minutes from March 11 and then moved through a consent-style series of motions to accept staff recommendations for individual applications. Each motion to accept staff recommendations was moved and seconded and, after a voice vote of “Aye,” the board recorded that the motion carried.

Projects listed and approved during the session included: AAPFED Property LLC (EDSP 1082); Starbucks Metuchen (MESP 1007); DASCO, Metuchen (MESP 1642); Skedaway Park (SP 1302); a sketch/ minor subdivision at 401 Cranberry Road (EBSUV 2003); Old Bridal Chemicals LLC (SUB 2048); a final major subdivision on New Durham Road (EDSUB 2056); Chinmaya Mission Tri-State Center (CRSP 2057); Biocon Generics (CRSP 2060); East Brunswick Urban Renewal LLC (EBSP 1869); Thorough Business Center Truck Depot (EDSP 2020); Saint Francis of Assisi Cathedral…
