Mohave County parks staff on Oct. 2 updated the Public Lands and Recreation Commission on a proposed 11-acre bike park in the Colorado City/Hilldale area, saying the landowner has offered to donate the site and that a coalition of local organizations and industry partners is working on design, fundraising and event plans.
