Planning commission backs conditional use permit for express car wash in Cedar Corridor marketplace

Johnson said the company plans an express car wash with three entry lanes that merge to a single lane through the wash; customers would then exit to a vacuum/parking area. “We are hoping to construct a new express car wash,” he said, and added the company was “excited about being in Lakeville.”
