The board moved to approve the consent agenda by voice motion and then by roll-call. Miss Sullivan called the roll: Sharon Angley, Milani Catamatory, Sheila Delara, Antonio Grana, Caitale Khanna, Thomas Klupfeld, Leslie Norwood and Eileen McGurk each recorded "Yes" on the consent agenda. The consent agenda included routine items from committee reports (personnel, curriculum, finance, facilities and governance items) that had been recommended by committees earlier in the meeting.
Later in the meeting the board voted to enter executive session for matters covered by attorney–client privilege (no action was taken during executive session), then reconvened and voted to adjourn. Roll-call votes to enter and to resume were recorded with the same members indicating "Yes." No formal ordinance or bill votes were reported other than the consent agenda roll call and the motions to enter/exit executive session and to adjourn.
Summary of recorded roll-call votes - Consent agenda: Approved (all members present voted "Yes" as listed in the minutes). - Motion to enter executive session: Approved (recorded as a roll-call yes vote by present members). - Motion to resume and to adjourn: Approved (recorded yes votes by present members).
The meeting minutes include the names recorded at each roll call.
