Finance committee representative Thomas Klupfeld reported the committee reviewed ten finance items and recommended them all for approval. He said a revised food-services contract replaces the prior agreement and reduces cost by about $10,000 compared with the previously approved contract.
Klupfeld said the committee's items formally appoint Dana Sullivan as interim business administrator and to related roles including board secretary, public agency compliance officer and qualified purchasing agent. He also acknowledged an $84,500 donation from the Hoboken Public Education Foundation designated for supplies at the high school family math night and the Mathnasium program.
The finance committee placed the items on the consent agenda for board approval; the items were presented for routine approval during the meeting.
