The Boca Raton City Council took the following formal actions April 8, 2025.

CAB conditions address screening and parking-structure façade and lighting.
- Ordinance 57-25 (Comprehensive Plan text amendment to permit private transportation facilities in PI future land use, e.g., privately operated vertiports): Adopted on second reading (5–0). Staff will coordinate with FDOT and the Boca Raton Airport on compatibility and siting.
- Ordinance 57-32 (Amendments to Interim Design Guidelines for Downtown DDRI to provide design flexibility): Adopted (5–0).
- Ordinance 57-33 (Nonexclusive C&D Debris Collection and Disposal Services franchise agreement with Waste Line Solutions, Inc.): Adopted (5–0). New franchise operator will pay annual fee plus 15% of monthly gross revenues as provided in code.
- Resolution 51-2025 (Settlement authorizing payment in Michael Williams claim): Adopted (5–0). Staff recommended approval of a negotiated settlement in the amount of $175,000 per outside counsel analysis.
- Quasi-judicial appeal, Resolution 34-2025 (appeal of P&Z approval for 1001 East Telecom Drive freestanding ER): Council reversed the Planning & Zoning Board and granted the appeal, thereby denying the site plan amendment and related technical deviations (5–0).
