The Mount Diablo Unified School District Board of Education on Feb. 12 approved minutes and routine business, accepted two bond audit reports, approved a personnel appointment and an out-of-state overnight field trip, and authorized the district’s initial “sunshine” proposal to the California School Employees Association.
The board adopted the minutes of Jan. 22 and approved a revised agenda that moved a consent item (15.11) to an earlier slot. The board accepted the Measure C (2010) and Measure J (2018) audit reports for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, which auditors presented with clean (unmodified) opinions and no findings reported in the performance testing of bond expenditures.
Trustees also appointed Christopher Hansen as assistant director of maintenance, operations and facilities and approved the Ignacio Valley High School InvenTeam’s overnight, out-of-state trip to attend…
