The Englewood Water and Sewer Board approved a housekeeping amendment to municipal code that replaces an outdated reference to section 11-3(c)(3) (fees for street cuts) with a reference to the city's current rate-and-fee schedule.
Sarah (Staff member) said the change was part of a routine code review by the city attorney's office and simply updates one section to point to the rate-and-fee schedule, which includes a street degradation and restoration fee.
Board members moved and seconded the item without substantive discussion and the motion carried. Staff characterized the amendment as a nonpolicy update to keep code references accurate as other fee documents are maintained separately.
There was no new fee adopted by this vote; staff said the amendment merely changes the legal reference so the code points to the schedule the city uses to set and publish fees.
