The initial policy period was set effective April 1, 2025 through Sept. 30, 2025; the resolution allows the coverage policy to renew automatically each October 1 on the terms adopted by the court.
Commissioners discussed the policy in open session after executive session and voted to approve the resolution. Court staff will provide implementation details and reporting on claims and any budgetary impacts during the initial effective period.
