Davis County Commission approves vendor agreements, grant funding and tax registers in voice votes

Consent and administrative actions: Consent items 6 through 13 were approved together by voice vote. The commission recessed to the Board of Equalization for property-tax business and later approved the property tax register as presented, then denied a late-appeal register request. Those actions were moved and approved by voice vote.
