Staff noted that, consistent with state law and county practice, there is no town fee for agricultural exemptions (utilities such as electrical or plumbing may still trigger separate permits and fees). Commissioners voted to approve the new agricultural exemption form as presented. The commission then moved to retable remaining form updates until the outstanding forms are completed.
