The board approved minutes from the March 25, 2025, library district meeting and authorized demands and budget amendments for operating transfers.
The board opened by noting the meeting was held pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes § 38-431.02(H) and that the public could attend in person or via Microsoft Teams and the mobile app. During roll call Supervisors Gomez and Antonoria were present; Supervisor Crosby was absent. A supervisor moved to approve the consent items and another supervisor seconded the motion. The board voted in favor 2 to 0, with one member not voting.
There was no substantive discussion recorded on the consent items before the vote. After the vote the presiding officer adjourned the library district meeting and the board moved on to the flood control district meeting.
