The Saline County Board of Commissioners on Feb. 11 approved a Trinity addendum to the Senior Services food contract that establishes billing and public charges for optional a la carte entrees and side dishes. Senior Services Director Rosie Walter explained the addendum and answered commissioners' questions about who pays for added items and how vendor shortfalls have been handled.
