The council appointed Sridhar Karna to fill a partial term on the Human Relations Commission through Oct. 31, 2025; the transcript records that Karna received a majority of council votes. For the Utilities Advisory Commission the council selected Rachel Croft and Phil Metz to fill two full‑term seats expiring March 31, 2028; vote lists recorded in the clerk’s report show the distribution of council votes for each candidate.
