Board member Missus Hassler moved the motion, which Missus Asif seconded. The motion language recorded in the meeting was, "I move that we go into closed session for the items listed here." The board later stated there would be no action taken at the end of the closed session and that it would dismiss from closed session without reconvening in open session.
