Aransas Pass City Council on April 7 approved a resolution supporting development of regional water supplies, adopted a new ordinance regulating aggressive door-to-door solicitation and panhandling, and voted to authorize several event permits and contracts, the council said.
The actions were taken during the regular meeting following public comment and staff reports. The council also approved, after an executive session, a lease and contract with Coast Point Company and authorized hiring outside counsel on a matter related to the LWR property.
