Encinitas cultural arts division reports sold-out spring camp, expanded Pacific View offerings and summer plans

Staff said Pacific View Sessions — a recorded behind-the-scenes program featuring artists and production techniques — has run two episodes to date and may be offered as a live stream in the future. Staff also noted upcoming Music by the Sea concerts, including weekend performances at Moonlight Beach, and advised commissioners that tickets have been selling quickly.
Other updates: the commission heard that the exhibition-proposal window for 2026 is open to artists (information and links available via the city arts web page) and that a youth piano concerto competition has advanced finalists who will perform with the North Coast Symphony Orchestra on June 14.
