Council approves parking-permit access for three Bellaire homes on Mulberry Lane

The Bellaire City Council unanimously approved an ordinance April 7, 2025, amending Chapter 30 (Traffic and Vehicles) to allow permit parking for residents at 4310, 4312 and 4314 Bellaire Boulevard on the east side of Mulberry Lane between Bellaire Boulevard and Acacia Street.
