Planning Commission approves consent agenda and four land-use items

Commissioner Bain moved the consent agenda and Commissioner Stadnik seconded. The consent agenda was adopted.
On the regular agenda the commission: recommended approval of Ordinance 2025-05 to rezone roughly 30 acres west of Hunters Lane in the Foxland Hall subdivision from R-2 to OSRD; approved a revised site plan to convert the former Tennessee Teachers Credit Union building at 1809 Mallory Lane into a fast-casual restaurant with a drive-through (applicant: So Good), subject to staff conditions and an added requirement for channelization and physical barrier/signage; accepted a preliminary plan for the Regency Hills subdivision showing 15 lots on about 19 acres, subject to staff conditions; and approved the March security report showing a reduction of $165,769.12 to a new total of $16,173,480.13.
