Capital funds of $75,000 have already been approved for the project; staff said the additional roughly $5,000 will be covered from the stormwater drainage improvement account. Committee members asked that the bid tab be added to the meeting minutes for public review. The committee moved and seconded the staff recommendation to proceed with the low bidder and will forward the contract to council as required.
