Executive Officer Theo Khan said the completed draft report would be presented under agenda item 14 for discussion and possible approval and outlined the plan for submitting the board’s final comments to DCA for formatting prior to legislative submission. Board counsel and staff noted that, if approved, the legislative proposals would allow the board to implement future fee increases through the regulatory process and to modernize renewal submission processes.
The board voted on the sunset report by roll call; the clerk recorded ayes across members present and announced the motion carried. The transcript shows individual roll-call “Aye” votes by Charles Alexander and other board members during the recorded vote.
