City Council to consider amendment to CRA interim design guidelines to allow greater architectural flexibility

George Brown said the amendment aims to streamline processes and permit a broader range of architectural treatments in the CRA. “Right now, there are specific standards that limit flexibility in design, particularly for allowing a more contemporary design,” Brown said. He added the ordinance will go before the city council the following evening.
