Committee approves health care workforce advisory council bill with extended sunset after amendment

Senator Pappas confirmed the bill includes a provision for selecting a chair and other governance mechanics reviewed by state government committee staff. After adopting the A4 amendment as amended, Senator Pappas moved passage. The committee adopted Senate File 2322 as amended and referred it to the Committee on Health and Human Services.
