Codes official: city ending GNRC planning contract, hiring consultant and admin assistant

Myhand also said the city is actively recruiting a full‑time administrative assistant (listed in the budget as office manager) for the building office; the posting drew about 25 applicants. Myhand said the position will be responsible for taking minutes for both the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Planning Commission.
