Daggett County MBA approves minutes, accepts cash summary and $290,627.95 in disbursements

The motions to approve were moved by Speaker 2 and seconded by Speaker 1; members present voiced “Aye” and the chair declared the minutes approved.
The MBA then considered financial items related to Fund 45. A motion to accept both the accounts receivable report and the cash summary for the Municipal Building Authority dated March 27, 2025 was made and seconded; the authority approved the reports by voice vote.
Finally, the authority approved a disbursement listing covering March 24–28, 2025 for the MBA in the amount of $290,627.95. A motion to accept that listing was made and seconded and the authority approved it by voice vote.
These votes were procedural approvals of records and routine financial disbursements; no dissent or amendments to the items were recorded in the meeting minutes.
