Council approves rezoning at 1255 N. Main Street to allow medium-density residential

“The applicants are requesting that zone change,” the city planner said during the presentation, noting the planning commission held a public hearing and recommended approval.
Councilmember Smith moved to approve the ordinance; a second was made and the council adopted the rezoning by roll-call vote. The transcript records the motion and that the “motion passes.”
