Palm Beach Gardens — Representatives of UHS updated the City Council on April 3 on construction progress at the Allen B. Miller Medical Center, reporting continued interior buildout and utilities work and projecting a certificate of occupancy in February 2026.
Kevin Delalo, speaking for UHS, said the 35-acre site has active construction across multiple trades and that windows, caulking and exterior framing should be finished by the end of the month. Delalo listed expected near-term milestones: permanent power in May, HVAC completion tied to central energy plant work, landscaping in the next calendar year and a target CO in February.…
