City Administrative Officer Mario Vasquez told the council the debt service would be paid from the sanitation equipment charge revenues and would not affect general-fund debt ratios; the CAO’s office said debt-service on the proposed issuance would increase by roughly $2.3 million in fiscal year 2002–03. The item passed on the roll call recorded as a unanimous vote by the clerk.
