The City of Cody Planning and Zoning Adjustment Board on April 3, 2025, approved a commercial site plan and corresponding landscape and architectural plans for a new metal storage building at 26 Road 2AB submitted by 2B Storage.
City planner Yutona Dye described the proposal as a 50-foot-deep by 100-foot-wide metal building with five dry-storage bays. "The proposed building measures 50 foot deep by a hundred feet wide and would be used for dry storage, and there will be 5 bays to the building," Dye said. Staff presented technical details including parking and access, lighting, utilities, and stormwater review.
